Mary Atiake, a 22-year-old daughter of a senior police officer in Lagos, recently had a divine encounter with her rival, Sarah Ogunyemi, in her boyfriend, Joe’s house at Olowo Close in Igando. Sensing that Sarah was there to take out of
the dwindling banana that she was enjoying courtesy Joe, she got angry and went to buy a blade and just like the late Dagrin who bragged about using N1k to buy blade without waiting to collect change, she also didn’t collect hers.
With the blade, she inflicted injury on Sarah’s head and face. The matter was reported at Igando Police Division and Atiake was arrested. She accused Sarah of being responsible for her unstable relationship with Joe. She was charged with wounding under the Criminal Code. The presiding Magistrate, Mr P.E. Nwaka granted her a bail in the sum of N10,000 with 2 sureties in like sum and was asked to be remanded at Kirikiri Prison till she meets her bail condition.
Joe has since dumped both of them for another woman….. to whom he dedicated d song, “my woman, my everything,” by Patoranking, wen he called in on a popular program on CoolFm earlier today……
