The man was allegedly spotted breaking the law around 11a.m this morning in Marian market, Calabar, Cross River State, despite a prohibitive instruction by the Calabar Urban Development Authority. On
the fence, where he was urinating, was written, “Don’t urinate here. By order, CUDA. Fine; N5,000.”…… he is said to be suffering 4rm d side effects of an excessive consumption of local dogs aka Ekukes….. Cc: @david_onah
