Pres. Buhari today appointed Dr. Fowler as the Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service. He also appointed Mr. Aliyu Gusau as the DG , Budget Office. Gusau replaces Mr. Bright Okogu who has retired after serving his
