Emeji Christopher, was today charged before a Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly sucking the penis of a child. Emeji was charged for indecent treatment of a child. The prosecutor, Insp. Rita Momoh, said Emeji committed the
offense sometime in November 2014 at Jaja Hall toilet of the University of Lagos, Akoka.
The police have been on the lookout for Emeji following a report by the boy’s parents. He was only apprehended recently after he was seen roaming the university aimlessly. The offense carries a penalty of 7 years jail term. .
But luckily for him, the Chief Magistrate, Mr P. A. Adeeyo, granted him a bail in the sum of N200,000 with 2 sureties in like sum and adjourned the case to Oct.12 for substantive trial….. Emeji vows to sue d magistrate for slamming him wt a bail of N200k wen he knows fully well dt he is jobless. He said a direct life sentence wld av been better….
