Luis Suarez has been immortalized in the pages of a children’s book. He is the inspiration for a vampire called Luis in a new kid’s book called Daydreaming Daisy McCloud. Brit author Peter Barron was inspired to create a character based on
the Uruguayan footballer notorious for biting opponents. Daydreaming Daisy McCloud is set in a monsters’ school and features a soccer-playing vampire with fangs called Luis.
Suarez, 28, first bit a player while at Ajax. He struck again 3 years later when he bit Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic. He completed his hat-trick by biting Italy defender, Giorgio Chiellini, in last year’s World Cup…. his favorite mantra is, “what is worth doing at all is worth doing well.”…..
