Olusanya Ajala, 45, and his 3 siblings inherited the house which comprises 8 rooms and 3 boys’quarters, from their father. One of Olusanya’s sisters, Mrs. Aduni Ojelabi, revealed that the house had unanimously been sold on March 20, 2015, for
N6.8m and the 4 of them shared the money.
But Olusanya went ahead to resell the house to businesswoman, Anita Ojuola, for N3.4m out of which an initial payment of N1m was made. He also issued a forged document indicating that he has the power of attorney to sell the house. When Anita finally decided to visit the house on April 14, to announce herself as the new owner of the property to the tenants, she was shocked to discover that the first buyer had already started renovation works.
Olusanya was then arrested and charged to Ojokoro Magistrate’s Court where he pleaded guilty. The presiding magistrate, Mrs. T. Akani, told him to refund the money or get jailed….. bt it’s most likely he’d b jailed cuz he said he has spent all d money on maintaining his good looks……
