They committed the offence on March 27, 2015, by illegally dealing in 1,500 metric tons of Automated Gas Oil as well as 3,035 metric tons of Low Pour Fuel Oil. They are citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Japan and UK. They were
arraigned, along with their companies, on a four-count charge which they pleaded not guilty to.
