The 4 men, trying to smuggle narcotics to India, Turkey, Hong Kong and China, were apprehended at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu. Two of them concealed the drugs in their luggage while the other two ingested it. They are

Ukaeji Eric Tochukwu, with 1.408kg of cocaine on his way to Hong Kong. Nwoye Ekene Godfrey, caught with 1.283kg of cannabis on his way to Guangzhou, China. The 4th person is Samuel Rapuruchukwu Anele, a tricycle rider caught with 4.892kg of methamphetamine on his way to Bombay, India…..
