Justice Ibrahim Bubba of a Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the personnel of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, out of the home of fugitive senator-elect, Buruji Kashamu. He had been under
house arrest since Saturday morning.
NDLEA had said Kashamu was detained to ensure he appears in court to face extradition proceedings yesterday. The matter has now been adjourned till 4th of June…… NDLEA officials r currently begging Kashamu to give them some liters of petrol to move their vehicles out of his compound……
